Hi Richard. The starter relay is in the right hand fuse box (passenger side) under the hood. It is the second relay from the back of the panel.

There are 3 fuse boxes called s.a.m,s one on each side of the engine compartment and one under the rear seat cushion under the plastic cover on the carpet. The vehicle has a hidden fuse schematic either under the plastic cover on the l.f. of the dash accessible by opening driver's door or in the trunk in the took kit or possibly under one of the side panels in the trunk. They hide them in various places in different models. I hope I have been helpful
