SOURCE: 2004 toyota sienna sliding door locking trouble

Sounds like something isn't right.Try to disconnect the battery for a few minutes and see if that helps. Some times the ecu gets haywired and disconnecting the battery might reset it.And if it is the original battery you might want to get it tested.

SOURCE: toyota sienna interior lights not working

The problem is in the sunvisor light. You will have to take the light assembly off and you will find wires have become disconnected.

SOURCE: the sliding door on my 2004 toyota sienna won't close

Try this.....Find the latch on the door, stick your finger in the hole, lift up and pull the door handle at the same time, the inside latch mechanism should go up, then try the door again. It would be nice if that's all it was huh? Sometimes they stick when they get too cold. If this works for you....spray it with some WD-40 or graphite. Hope this worked for you. Cheaper than the 2000.00 motor!

Need to turn off door sensor on 2004 Toyota Sienna

To turn off the door sensor on your 2004 Toyota Sienna, you will need to follow these steps:
  1. Open the door of your Sienna and locate the door sensor, which is a small black or silver button located near the top of the door frame.
  2. Press and hold the door sensor button for a few seconds until the sensor's light turns off.
  3. Close the door and test the sensor to make sure it is no longer active.
Note: Disabling the door sensor will prevent your Sienna from automatically locking or unlocking the doors when you open or close them.

2004 Toyota tundra interior lights won't come on when I open the door. If I just push them on and off they work fine what would be the problem

The door ajar switch is likely defective, it senses the door is open ad turns on the coutesy lights as well as alerts you to the fact the door is open and the key is on (door "ajar").

I have a 2004 LE Toyota Sienna and cannot find the fuse panel I looked where it is according the owners manual (drivers side by the door) and there is nothing where is it?

There are circuit protection boxes under the hood and under the dash on the driver's side. May have to flip a door up to get to it. What problem are you having that the fuses need to be checked? prev.gif next.gif Driver’s Side J/B Driver’s side J/B (relays) toyota-06-00-5645.gif

2004 sienna toyota van electric door not working

The first thing to check is the fuse that controls that door's motor. Look in your manual for the fuse chart. Determine where the fuse panel is and which fuse it is. Pull that fuse and take a close look to see if it has blown. If so, replace it with a new one of the same amperage

2004 Toyota Sienna LE sliding door failed after battery jumpstart

could very well be the relay for the power door and possibly the interior light relay... they are located in the fuse panel under the dash.
