That has a sealed transmission. It would have to be lifted & a bolt loosened by a mechanic to check the gear oil in the trans.

Where do I check my transmission fluid on my 2005 Hyundai accent 5 speed 4 cyn

There will either be a dip stick marked transmission fluid on the opposite side of the oil dip stick or you will have to do it at the transmission itself. There will be a small dip stick or just simply a bolt halfway up. when the fluid comes out it is full.

How do i stop the sound my car makes when going from 0 speed and up?

Hello, Hima. I'm guessing what kind of sound your car is making, but from your description your car may need some transmission fluid. Some older cars of your make and model have a fluid leak problem and if that is the problem, it's not very hard to fix. If the transmission fluid is low, there are several components that will make noise. Check your transmission fluid level. Hope this helps. Good luck and God bless.

I can't find the dipstick to check transmission fluid level on my 2001 Hyundai/Accent 5-speed

It most likely is a sealed transmission.. Meaning there is no dipstick to check the fluid inside. A Mechanic can check it if needed there is a plug I believe you can remove to check the level kinda like how you check a diff fluid level but not 100% sure.

Transmission tends to malfuntion ...

Check the hydraulic clutch fluid, if it is full then either the clutch is not releasing fully, the fluid inside the transmission is low, if the fluids are not low then the transmission will have to be replaced or rebuilt.

1998 SUNFIRE GT TRANSMISSION PROBLEM

There are 3 transmissions that could be in your car,the 3 speed auto and 4 speed auto overdrive, and of course the manual 5 speed. The 3 speed is designated the 3T40,the 4 speed auto is the 4T40E trans. To check the fluid level, first, the car has to be warmed up to at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The car has to be raised in the air,as there is a steel plug in the trans case that has to be removed to check the fluid level. The plug takes an 11 mm or 7/16" socket or wrench and is located on the passenger side of the trans case, near where the passenger side axle engages into the trans. The procedure is to warm the car up to at least 100 degrees, engage the shifter into each gear selection pausing for about 5 seconds in each gear, then remove the plug.If fluid drips out,it is full.If no fluid drips out,add fluid through the top of the trans after removing the red plastic cap,and make sure to use a long funnel to avoid a mess.Add fluid until it drips out the hole. When done, replace the plug and cap.Just a note,a transmission does not "use" fluid like an engine uses oil.If you have to add fluid, that means there is a leak that needs to be repaired.Good luck
