I have Suzuki vitara 2.5 when cold drive ok for a half hour then engine light comes on and no power and smell a lot of fuel gas its a vacuum censor but which one

This could the problem with onboard computer failure .......

try that after visual check under hood confirms no obvious failures like missing drive belt or disconnected electric wires...

Please mention make code and year of the peugeot engine in the car.....

There are a lot of possiblities. Mass air flow sensor, o2 sensor. So this was hooked up to an OBD2 scanner and no codes came up? A good mechanic should be able to diagnose this problem in person. It is very hard to do over the internet but I will do my best to give you the most probable culprits. If you have a moment to accept and rate my solution on the original problem it would be greatly appreciated.

Take the car to an autoparts store and have them scan the computer for any fault codes stored. The check engine light is to alert you that the computer has noted a fault in one of the car's systems. Getting the codes will show what the computer has noted and curb the need for speculation. Most parts stores will perform the scan for free. Hope this helped and best wishes.

Fuel FIlter - Removal

1. Relieve fuel system pressure.
2. Remove or disconnect the following:
   Negative battery cable Fuel lines from the fuel filter Fuel filter
   

1. Install or connect the following:
   Fuel filter and tighten the bracket bolt. Note the fuel flow directional arrow. Fuel lines to the fuel filter. Negative battery cable
2. Start the engine and inspect the fuel filter connections for leaks.
   

1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions section.
2. Relieve fuel system pressure.
3. Remove or disconnect the following:
   Negative battery cable Fuel lines from the fuel filter Fuel filter
   

1. Install or connect the following:
   Fuel filter and tighten the bracket bolt. Note the fuel flow directional arrow. Fuel lines to the fuel filter. Negative battery cable
