when you mention replacing the relay switch did you mean the turn signal switch ? ... replace the turn signal flasher unit (what you hear clicking) try your emergency flashers to see if they come on. recheck ALL the bulbs again using a continuity test to ensure none of the bulbs are burnt out/defective

The only vacuum line you need connected is the one that goes from the back of the alternator to the brake booster. The other line that is nice but not necessary, is from the intercooler to the top of the injection pump. The rest of the vacuum is for the two valves that are involved with the cold start up of the vehicle, and the AC.
