Carefully look for leaking hose or connection with hood up, and motor running...thermostat housing, and upper and lower radiator hoses...hopefully, it is one of these, and will be a low cost fix...
Most likely cause would be a leaky coolant hose near the engine block. When the car is warmed up and you turn it off, open the hood and look and listen for a hissing or a stream of coolant coming from one of the coolant hoses. If you can't see the source from above, you might need to look from underneath. If you can see where it's leaking, it might be as easy to fix as a hose change. Or it might be something a little harder to fix. But you need to start by finding the source of the leak.
