If the buzzing is sound is coming from the doors, then the motors are going bad. If the buzzing sounds like it's from under the hood, then check the relay switch and see if it went bad and needs to be replaced.

You may have a traction control system. This system will monitor each front wheel speed. If one wheel "appears" to be going faster than the other, the traction control will apply the brake on the faster wheel. This can be an issue if one of the wheel speed sensors is not working real well. A common cause is a wire, near the wheel, that is coming apart, breaking. Have fun.
You can verify this. If you have this going on, and you slow down lightly and stop, you can see how hot the brake rotor is on each side of the car. If one of them is blistering hot, that is NOT the side with the bad sensor. It is the sensor on the cool side.
