1993 Subaru Legacy, the parking lights stay on all the time

There is a rocker switch on the top center of your steering colum that may have gotten turned on

This is a small switch located on the parking brake it's self. You will have to get down in there and ck this switch. Ck the wires or the switches position against it's stop. Think of it this way, small switch rest against the lever when you put on the brake it moves away from the switch causing it to turn on a light.

I just purchased a 1993 subaru legacy my running lights are not working?? i have checked all fuses?? HELP??
