Get a Haynes or Chiltons Manual for diagrams and instructions for your vehicle.

The top bolt at the ten o'clock position is the hardest bolt to get out. You may have to unbolt the driver side engine mount and twist the engine to the side to get to it. Keep the engine supported when you disconnect the mount. I have a haynes manual for that model and it recommends this method. Or if you have a hundred or so dollars to kick around you can order a 1 inch body lift and install it so you will have more clearance. If you have a good enough jack, you can unbolt the body mounts on the front and jack up the body an inch or so to give you the clearance as well. Good luck.

Using a ratcheting box end wrench works for me and many other TB and Envoy owners. Difficult little bugger with those lines in the way. Use the same method for the bottom bolt of the thermostat, same problem, IF that's what you're trying to get to.
