No way to know the answer-- without being near
the car & talking to you, listening to it & going
for a test drive

If I had to guess-- I would say you seldom changed your oil
since it was new & possibly have no idea Honda/Acura
were the first to use only 5W-20 Oil

That is if it is motor related, for that there won't likely
be a fix (Noise issue inside a motor)

The water pump, timing belt pulleys & on & on ,
could be the issue, that is fixable

Maybe the alternator ticks

You see were we are going here!

Have you checked your oil? Sometimes it may be a valve tapping from low oil level.

Creak, cluck, or light clunk noise coming from front passenger end during acceleration from a stop or slow speed.

It is hard to tell, without checking it. Iti could be the universal joint or CV, whatever you have, show it to a mechanic.

On my 1999 Acura TI theres a clicking noise when turned left, and humming during acceleration.

It sounds like your cvc shaft is starting to wear out, usually when the cvc joint starts to go then you hear a clicking noise as you are turning.

To change cabin air filter on Acura TL firs time you need to open the glove box and then remove the arm that holds the glovebox. Press the 2 sides of the glovebox to take this out like in picture bellow.

Diagnosis needed for car repair

You problem seems to be an output speed sensor or some other type of sensor. As for the timing belt I would recomend replacing it before it does go bad.
