You get a wiring diagram of that circuit

From there you will see what could stay on,
if that item failed, even though the car is turned

Before you say too many AMPS, always test to
confirm what your assumptions are.

Test,don't guess

Well I think you have answered your own question about water and electronics. Do this, close all the windows except a small crack down at one and let it dry in the hot sun for a few days, it may correct itself. The part you are having trouble with is thousands of dollars to replace

first step is to have a load test done on the battery as batteries have a natural tendency to self discharge especially if a bit old
next is to have an auto electrician place an amp meter in the ground circuit to check the current flow that is causing the drain
it could be a faulty relay, glove box light , boot light but generally the very small drain to run immobilizers ,and the ecm will not affect a good battery as it is the regions of millionths of amps ( miliamps)

The gasket that seals the window at the edge of the door is leaking...water is getting in the switch and grounding it out... you must first find out how the water is getting into the door .

It might, but it would take a very long time. Bluetooth modules draw very little current.

Have you checked your oil? Sometimes it may be a valve tapping from low oil level.

No way to know the answer-- without being near
the car & talking to you, listening to it & going
for a test drive

If I had to guess-- I would say you seldom changed your oil
since it was new & possibly have no idea Honda/Acura
were the first to use only 5W-20 Oil

That is if it is motor related, for that there won't likely
be a fix (Noise issue inside a motor)

The water pump, timing belt pulleys & on & on ,
could be the issue, that is fixable

Maybe the alternator ticks

You see were we are going here!

Many possible causes to check out

The screws pop up when you loosen them. You just have to use a flat head screw driver and they will pop out completely
