it should be .045". depending on the year there maybe a sticker/decal under the hood that says what the plug gap is.

it should be marked under the hood in the engine compartment a white or black sticker with the imfo of the engine or in your car manual if not sure and cant find it call a parts store and they will tell you the plug type as well the gap

Open the hood & under it there is a Federal Emissions
Label on all vehicles with the spark plug gap

That label has been there for 40 years or on radiator support

Hi there:
On 1.6L, NGK states that the GAP is 0.9" for an LFR5B.


Keep in mind that if you use Iridium plugs you don't need to calibrate.

if your audi uses a platinum plug (which im almost certain it will based on the year and manufacturer) platinum plugs come pre gapped and do not require gapping

it should be listed under your hood for spark gap if not autozone or one of those can tell you.
