Look at the battery neg. cable you will see 2 smaller black wires going from it to a grey connector. This connector is corrioded. Take it apart and try and clean it or just cut it out and bypass it.

Where is the flasher relay on a 93 lincoln continental 3.8

There is no external turn signal flasher on a 2001 Town Car. The flasher unit is an internal part of the Lighting Control Module (LCM) and can not be serviced seperately. The LCM is located under the dash to the right of the steering column. It may also be referred to as the MECM (Mutli-Function Electroninc Control Module).

Where is the transmission control module on a 2001 Lincoln continental

The TCM is integrated into the PCM module. .
The PCM/ECM is under hood on the firewall around the master cylinder, there should be two to three bolts that need removal to come out on front side of fire wall. Disconnect the battery negative cable before any work is done.

Hi Michael,

The PCM is shown in the top URL below...

It appears to be a small plug-in module... I would check immediately under the dash on the drivers side... as depicted in the bottom video.

Hope this helps

Where is the location of DCL on a 92 lincoln continental

both answers are correct for the "DLC", I believe the DCL is a function or error message indicating a communication problem with the Dashboard module and the PCM module. The DLC is located where "tedpineywood" said it is.
