Replaced starter need starter cable where can i find a factory replacement

No it would not be the ignition switch, It's either dirty or corroded battery cable going to the starter or the engine is locked up or ac compressor is locked up. Try turning engine by hand and see if you can rotate it. If you can rotate it, clean battery cables and make sure they are tight

Check: the ground wiring, power to the starting relay, the solenoid, the starter???

The clicking noise is the starter relay, which sends power to the starter. sometimes the relay is mounted on the starter, sometimes on the fender. I would say the starter is bad and needs replaced. Sometimes you can get a bad starter from the factory. Just because its not that old, or even brand new, doesn't mean that its a good working starter. Replace that starter.

Your starter is in need of replacement. I had a similar problem and replacing the starter corrected it.

Try boosting the van.If that works then you either need to clean the cables and battery posts or you need a battery.If boosting it does not work then you may need a starter or the cables to it have came loose,also the engine ground could be the culprit,if this is true then put your booster cables in this configuration;positive to positive and negative from the boosting cars negative post to your engine's block,find a good clean grounding point on the block and hook the clamp there.If the van starts then clean the factory ground point,replace the cable end,or replace the cable.Let me know if none of this info helps and i will give you more things to try.

Check the battery cables, both positive and negative. Not just on the battery end, but at the starter, and the engine block. The cable could have a bad spot along its length that may or may not be visible. The best troubleshooting step is to replace them.

If you are replacing it yourself, the factory starter is $167. The range for aftermarket starters is between $90 and $170, plus the core charge. If you are going to have a shop do it, they have no right to charge more than one hour labor for this. Starter replacement is one of the easiest of the repairs. You disconnect your battery, detach the cable on the starter, remove the bolts holding it in and pull it out. The new one goes in in the reverse order.

you will need to remove the battery negative terminal (be careful if you still have the factory stereo, you will need the access code due to the anti- theft built into the radio) if this is a go, I would remove the air inlet covering the wingnut on the battery holder, remove the positive cable and remove your battery. the next step is to remove the Air Intake filter and hose. the air filter has 4 screws, and the hose has a clamp for the one on the Carb. this should now allow access to the starter, remove the positive connection, three bolts on the starter, replace as you have taken apart, I hope this solves your issue, Good Luck!

The factory sound system has a coded theft protection system. It is recommended that you know your reset code before you begin.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove all wiring from harness.
3. Remove the lower radiator hose from the bracket on the starter motor.
4. Remove the starter cable from terminal B located on the back of the solenoid.
5. Remove the black/white wire from the S (solenoid) terminal.
6. Remove the two bolts that mount the starter to the transaxle assembly.
7. Remove the starter.

To install:

1. Install in the reverse order of removal.

When installing the heavy gauge starter cable, make sure the crimped side of the terminal end is facing out.

1. Enter the anti-theft code and radio presets.
