have you changed the fuel filter lately a plugged fuel filter will cause this concern
did the power loss start all of a sudden or did you start losing power over time ?

Relax, it could be anything, faulty knock sensor, emission, ignition fuel or any inexpensive and easy to fix problems. Who knows where the knock is coming from, engine or transmission mounts, suspension components etc. Let me know where the knock is coming from if any. Noises are common in any vehicle when parts get worn, all parts are replaceable.

the problem is with the engine cooling system due to the lack of cooling of engine it is over heated so better to check the coolent pipes...

Hi, have the same problem with my 1995 legacy gt twin turbo and the problem lyes with the ecu temp switch, it sound's like the ecu thinks the engine needs more fuel to start and run
