Definitely Electrical. Check the fuses. On the bottom (or top) of the fuse box cover there's usual a diagram listing what each fuse is for. Check the ones pertaining to the systems affected. Also, the diagram will list the relays. Find the relays that pertain to the affected systems and quite often you will be able to take a relay from a known working system in the car and swap it (with one of the same number of course) to see if the problem follows the relay. Don't forget, there's usually two separate fuse/relay boxes, one under the hood and one under the dash. Also, check your electrical system's Ground connections for good contact. Start with the battery ground connection and go from there. There's several, so this will take some time to do. Let us know what you come up with, or if you need more information.
