You have so many electrical issues, you really need a good auto-electrician. Not sure why you replaced an alternator to fix an Odometer. Alternators can be easily checked with a multimeter. There are lots of videos on it. Your most likely cause is one or more fuses blown. When that happens, voltage can be directed to places it shouldn't go. The first thing I would do is pull every fuse in the vehicle and test for continuity with a meter. It is is parasitic draw, you need an ammeter and you pull easy fuse, noticing if the draw stops or not. That narrows it down to a particular circuit. There is an ECM, a BCM and many control modules on that vehicle. A scan tool computer diagnosis may help you a lot. They are 3 grand, so you need to find a place that has one. https://www.google.com/search?q=2004+Kia+Sedona+EX+bcm+function ..

Use a hose and siphon the gas out of the tank. Have multiple containers available to hold all the fuel.

You need to dry it out as stated. Water will not help your engine. You may need to flush the fuel lines with fresh gas. Use an additive in the gas to help absorb the remaining moisture.

Kia Sedona expansion FRONT valve located under dash, behind glove box, fan and coil. Evacuate freon first. Disconnect Freon lines from firewall., Lay right front seat back to flat horizontal position and lay on top or totally remove the seat for easier working access. Remove under dash cover, fan, glove box, coil housing, remove coil mounting bolts, remove old expansion valve. (Inspect old valve, if debris inside, blow out coil before installing new valve. If visible debris best to consider replacing REAR expansion valve and DRIER/FILTER in front of radiator too and blow out all lines and coils while servicing.) Use compressor oil to lubricate "O" rings on new FRONT or REAR expansion valve, install valve bolts, reinstall coil bolts to FRONT firewall or REAR frame, reconnect freon lines to firewall in engine compartment. Evacuate AC system, install freon (35 1/2 ounces, nominal 3 pounds), check system for leaks, check for proper operation, enjoy.

If manual, could be rust. Carefully spray some WD-40 in the joint. If electric, then a blown fuse might be cause. See a manual about that. Search on line.

Try getting the error code by using a plug in diagnostic unit, the code should give you a good starting point, but in any case you should be able to clear the error code with the unit after you make a not of it and maybe with it being intermittent it might not reappear. But heck out what the code is before clearing. the diagnostic units are available quite cheaply on auction sites.

The gas smell may be from filling the gas tank too much. When filling tank, do not over fill tank. when the fuel nozzle clicks off the first time do not add more fuel. It will back fill into the emission evaporator canister and therefor smell like gas fumes until the fuel tank get's lower. on a hill the gas in the tank may flow into the opening of the evaporation canister. I have had this happen and thought it was a leaking fuel line. Don't over fill Fuel Tank...

If you radiator is full ,as in you have no leaks, it is most likely going to be a water pump issue. Unless you have a serious clog in the system, but chances are its the water pump, not an uncommon thing to go wrong

Those are your only codes? you really shouldnt have drilled out your cats, its hard to diag an 02 sensor online. a scanner could show if they are functioning properly. It might be an issue with your cats though and require replacement.
