I would get some lighter weight oil for winter conditions and also install a block heater which is a magnet heater that goes on the oil pan and then you plug it in overnight heats the oil so it starts easier
the coolant level sensor is malfunctioning. this should be either on the resevoir or screwed into the side of the radiator. inspect to see if there is one in the resevoir. if so, disconnect it and turn the vehicle on to see if the light goes out. if so replace it. if it is in the radiator, replace it. ther eare no "fixes" for these items.
gus the reason it isn't blowing is becouse you are having a false contact on the blower switch. your best bet is to replace it with a new one or with one from the junk yard that looks ok.
