I have a 1998 pontiac bonneville se , engine 3800 (no turbo) the car idels smooth,but when you mash down on it , the car starts mising and than levels out , it also miss if you kick it the passing gea

I seriously doubt it.
The O2 sensors measure the amount of unburned fuel in the exhaust and would not be affected by water if you got them wet.
The spark plug wires and coils would be affected.

I would check to see if the spark plugs are fouled. Or you might have a bad ignition control module (mounted under the coil packs). Auto Zone can test the ignition control module.

1999 Pontiac Bonneville SE 3800 ABS Brake pedal will eventually reach floor after stopping while hold car stopped. Brake pads replaced less than 5000 miles ago. Fluid level at max and does not drop. O

I would replace the MASTER CYLINDER. BLEED AIR from master cylinder BEFORE INSTALLATION. Hope this helps
