Dodge neon overheating

I would be thinking radiator or water pump. When the engine is warmed up and the upper hose is hot, feel the lower radiator hose. It should be hot too, just a little cooler than the upper hose. If there is some blockage in the radiator, the lower hose may feel cold or just lukewarm.
Even though the water pump doesn't leak, the impellers may be made of plastic and have considerable wear. That would restrict circulation.
The heater core should not be an issue. Heater cores do not cause overheating even when totally plugged up.

How do i put water in my radiator?

you need to replace thermostat and radiator cap.look under hood around engine compartment.look for a radiator cap near radiator, add 50/50 antifreeze and water to coolant system to bring up boiling point.pure water will cause engine run hotter because water evaporate away, remove radiator pour coolant in the radiator until coolant stop dropping in the radiator now some vechicle pour coolant in the coolant overflow jug, pour coolant until coolant level stop dropping and the coolant level stay at cold full mark.start engie let idle few minutes, watch coolant level in radiator if coolant start dropping add more coolant, when coolant level stop dropping put radiator cap back on let engine idle until both top radaitor hose and bottom coolant hose get warm turn off engine wait until it get cool then take a large rag slightly open radiator just a litle at a time to keep from getting scaled.once radiator remove add more coolant if low,put radiator cap back on start the engine let it idle watch the temp gauge if temperature gauge going hot zone stop engine wait until cool then add more coolant, keep doing this until engine stop overheating going into hot zone and coolant level stop dropping, make the coolant overflow jug coolant level stay at full cold mark, dont let jug run empty if so air will get in the coolant system causing engine to overheat.

(low coolant) light stays on , even though i fill it up. Could this be a problem, or a fuse?

More like the sensor in the radiator is bad or stuck. Try tapping on it. It is in the passenger side tank of the radiator.

Low coolant light, low oil and check engine light

Most likely it is the sensor, it is located on the radiator near the battery, it will stay off if you unplug it, Check the fuses and relays though just to make sure, oil pressure sensor possibly but again check fuses

1999 Olds Alero. Low coolant light comes on and stays on even though its full. Starts running hot to the 3/4 mark. When the heater is turned on it cools off. Could this be the thermostat or the water pump.

TAKE RADIATOR CAP OFF WITH ENGINE COLD AND CHECK WATER ..MAKE SURE RADIATOR NOT BLOCKED,,PLASTIC BAG ETC. THIS SOUNDS LIKE LOW WATER OR RADIATOR ..STOPPED UP INSIDE ..IF YOU HAVE GOOD HEAT IT'S FULL OF WATER. REPLACE T STAT B4 RADIATOR..IT'S CHEAPER. ALSO CHECK FOR RADIATOR COOLING FAN OPPERATION..I,M RULING OUT THE WATER PUMP.

Check oil light stays on even after a full oil change

The oil pan has a sensor in it that need to be replaced. It screws in and you may lose some oil.

1998 olds acheive low cooliant light on

Did you add coolant ? you are supposed to bleed the system after adding coolant. it also could be a bad Coolant temperature sensor which turns on the radiator fans. or a leak in the intake manifold gasket.Or even a bad thermostat. Does the heater work ? All of this can cause that problem.
