How do I remove the rear headrests on a 2011 Honda CR-V?

I had a 2003 Pilot and if I remember right, there are buttons hidden below the fabric. Look at the rear seat headrests and how they have buttons to push in. They are similar on the front, but hidden below the fabric. You'll have to feel around for them and depress them while pulling up on the headrest.

Tracy, Some just pull straight up and out, there may be a pin hole, lever or button just under head rest which will release and allow head rest to be pulled up or pushed down, it does take some force as they do like to get stuck.

I am not familiar with your Ridgeline, but in other vehicles I have found that if you pull the headrest completely out and reverse it, it then tilts back instead of pushing on your neck.
