Check for fuel by pouring small amount of clean gas down throttle body and crank engine over. if it starts and runs just for a few seconds you have a fuel delivery problem
Car no start problem is sometimes very difficult to confirm.
You try all the possible things, but still you get no fault and problem is still the same.--------
In that case, you need to check few things individually.
Check the spark, the battery, the crank, the fuel and other most possible parts.

could be stopped up air filter, fuel filter, or weak fuel pump...try cycling the ignition on several (3 or 4) times and see if it starts any faster...sign of a weak fuel pump.
Sounds like the fuel pressure regulator has failed. It should be on the left(drivers) side of the engine in the fuel rail with a vacuum line running to it. Turn the key to run and off a few times and pull off the vacuum line. If any fuel dribbles out, it needs to be replaced.
you have a couple of problems first of all your drivers sd=ide heated heat pad is probably faulty, for your heating problem you may have to get the hvac doors recalibrated.
even though parts are new they also come with defects so it sounds as if when you turn the key you hear it working and other times not at all hmmm connections are tight ? could be faulty fuel pump or relay .
Check the vacuum hose attached to the fuel pressure regulator under the hood next to your intake pull it off and see if any fuel is present, if there is replace regulator.you may have to tap hose with your finger to get any fuel out or start vehicle run until hot then shut off and recheck if no fuel present in vacuum line let me know and we can try something else.
