SOURCE: looking for step by step procedure to replace a

To do this job you will need a lot of time and above average skill level. You will need a good flat place to work, a good floor jack and a fixture to keep the engine from falling, and a pilot bar to align the clutch disc.. The actual instructions can be found in any decent manual...(chiltons, haynes etc) but art too long to re-write here. if you have any specific questions along the way post back and I'm sure someone will help out!!!
good luck!

SOURCE: change water pump on 2001 hyundai tiburon

It is a 2.0L (the delta blocks weren't in tibs until '03). You have to remove the timing belt tensioner, and then you can remove the bolts for the water pump. I would strongly recommend not only taking careful precaution not to disturb the orientation of the gears in this process, but also to replace the timing belt and water pump at the same time. You don't want to go through this process all over again do you?

SOURCE: how d i change a clutch in a hyundai excel 1994

Hi first lift the car and be sure to secure the car that it wouldn't fall when your under the car, remove the wheels then disconnect the negative cable from the battery remove the axles, remove the transmission mount, remove the starter, remove the bolts around the transmission housing once you remove the bolts use a floor jack and put it under the transmission then use a prior and separate the tranny from the engine and bring the tranny to the floor now you have the clutch expose remove the old clutch and pressure plate and pilot bearing now do the same thing in reverse good luck

My 97 tiburon wont go into gear and the clutch lost pressure...any suggestions?

Check the clutch master cylinder. If it's low or empty, add some brake fluid and bleed the clutch slave cytlinder down on the bell housing.
Good luck.

I need remove the transmission for my hyundai tiburon 2006, but don't take out, the all bold is out

The clutch is the 'PULL' type (not the "PUSH" type). The clutch lever at the slave piston connector must be removed before the clutch fork will release and slide away from the "Pull" bearing inside the bell housing/clutch assy.

Clutch replacement on 2004 tiburon with a v6 6 speed

I have a solution for your clutch failure.
ALL... Hyundai Tiburons from 2003 and on use a clutch slave cylinder delay valve.
It is designed to smooth your clutch engagement.
Problem?.. It RUINS clutches by slowing down clutch engagement.
It actually MAKES your clutch slip!
All you need to do is REMOVE this silly little 8 dollar part and not only will your clutch feel fantastic, you will have normal clutch wear!
I myself own a 2004 Tibby, and took the valve out since early 2006 and have put 25,000 miles trouble free miles from it.
I thought the clutch felt "Odd".. being a long time driver of manual transmissions, it just wasnt right.
I felt like there might be something slowing down the clutch engagement.
I was right.
This can be considered a Mod, because it improves performance (lack of slipping).
Why Hyundai used this part at the cost of warranty claims is beyond me, but I have given you the solution to your problem.
This part effects both 2.0L,I4 and 2.7 V6 engines.
This will not affect your warranty because they will never know its missing. ;)
I feel hyundai needs to take care of its customers, but I assure you, no matter how you get this problem resolved from the dealer.. PLEASE REMOVE THE DAMN VALVE.. you wont regret it!
:)
