The oil depends on how many miles are on it and where you live. In a cold climate with low milage it should be 0-30 or 5-30 with higher milage 10-30 or 10-40 in warmer climates low milage 5-30 or 10-30 higher milage 10-40

Use Valvoline 10 W 30. Synthetic is Better if you can afford it. Under the Hood in the Fuse Box on the Drivers side, There are Relays for the Windows, Check or Replace these.

Motor is not turning in second direction to lower window. Either the new motor is defective or the device that reverses the electricity to the motor is defective. Regulator?

Take motor out and feed it juice - will turn. Reverse polarity and it should turn in other direction.

Changed oil pressure switch, still no oil pressure

The fuel pump on that model runs through the oil pressure switch so that if the truck looses oil pressure,It kills power to the fuel pump to prevent engine damage.you need to find the cause of the low oil pressure reading(possibly a bad oil switch). That would be the cheapest place to start,or have it checked with a mechanical gauge.Good luck,
