How do I change the bumper on a 2000 Blazer

Front or rear, I am guessing it is the rear as they tend to get the most abuse and or rust! Start by removing the plastic step guard on the top of the bumper (use a flat ply bar) you will see the four bolts (remove those) and directly inline with those from the underside you will see four more (remove those) your bumper is free, there is one wire connector to release (licence plate lights) and simple lift off the bumper.

Can you help me dis-assemble my front bumper honda odyssey 1999 ?

Front
  1. Note the radio security code, then disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the bolt from the lower part of the bumper just in front of the wheel opening, and remove the self-tapping screw from the rear most portion of the bumper at the forward portion of the front wheel well.
  3. On V6 Odyssey models, perform the following:
    • Remove the grille.
    • Remove the pins and clips from the lower front of the bumper.
  4. On 4-cylinder Odyssey models, remove the bolts from the left and right side lower brackets for the bumper at the ends of the lower air intake.
  5. Pull the ends of the bumper outward.
  6. Have an assistant help guide the bumper up and away from the vehicle.
  7. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
