Dash instruments stop working

All the gauges and warning and informational lights started to flash on and off individually or all at once and now all are "not functioning" at all.

We have now had some dry weather and now the instruments are working fine. This has to be some kind of moisture problem, but where?

unable to locate problem, Last replaced Computer, After 10 miles of

normal function, It began again exactly as before. PARKED IT!

I have a 2007 Jeep Liberty and the gauges will work until you turn the headlights on. Once the headlights are on, the dash lights don't work and the gauges stop. I get NO BUS on the odometer as well

There is either a problem with the headlight switch or the instrument cluster has lost its ground connection and when the lights are turned on, current is flowing backwards through the individual components.

On my 2002 Trailblazer, when I start the engine, all my dash warning lights on and gauges stop working, the speedo and tach still work.

There is a known problem with the ignition starter switch that causes this, this is the switch that the ignition key operates when you turn it.

have the BCM checked for codes, this sounds like a communication problem between the BCM and other modules in the car.

Dash gauges and Information center work intermittantly - All fuses are in good

is it the lights of the gauges dont light up or the gauges dont work period? if they dont light up then check the bulbs that are behind the gauge cluster and they could be burnt out i have the flickering prob with my ac hvac controls and half the lights on my gauges dont light up due to bulbs being burnt out i just havent spent the money to get some blue leds to put in there

98 Town Car, how do I change dash lights, (fuel gauge bulb)

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the instrument cluster.
Remove the retaining screws for the instrument cluster lens and cover assembly. Remove the cover and lens.
Remove the retaining screws for the gauge or warning lamp to be replaced and remove the gauge or warning lamp. To install:
Place the gauge or warning lamp into place and tighten the retaining screws.
Install the instrument cluster lens and cover assembly.
Install the instrument cluster.
Connect the negative battery cable.

2001 chevy s-10. All the gauges stop working and dash warning lights come on while driving down the road. headlights and everything else seems to be working. Gauges and dash warning lights go on and off.

Probably a loose wire in under the dash to the gauge consol. Could also be a bad conection on the gauge PCB.

Instrument panel went dead

Checked Every fuse in the fuse box (no small task).This includes #4 - Power point Instrument Panel, #14 - Day time running lamps (auto lamps doesn't work nor does auto lock), #27 - ignition switch run feed, #35 - Instrument Cluster, #41 - Instrument Cluster, #42 - Delayed Accessory, #45 - Ignition switch run/start feed, #102 - Door locks body security module, #103 - Ignition switch, #110 - Ignition switch, & #116 - Ignition switch. But I also check all other ones as well, they all register OK. AC panel & radio work. Turn signals work. Mileage does not work, trip computer does. So, basically, everything works except auto head-lights, auto locks, and the dash cluster (no MPH, RPM, mileage display, Fuel, Temp, Tran Temp, and Oil Pressure).

Instrument panel gauges all stopped working while driving.

These vans are common for having cracked circuit boards in the Instrument cluster. You need to replace the circuit board. Try smacking the end of the dash and see if the gauges start working again.
