P2100 - Throttle valve control motor open circuit.
p2102 - Throttle valve control motor signal too small
look at your throttle valve control motor and see if it is either burnt out or the wires are off.

Has it ocurred to you that your wing mirrors are not the electrically folding type, most are not. The switch on the drivers arm rest for adjusting the mirrrors will have a separate position for folding if yours fold. The resistance to fold by hand is very stiff as you have to overcome the spring tension, even when folded by hand they do not fold as flat as you might think.
I purchased a 2006 Golf 5 GT Tdi last year it had £5000 worth of factory fitted options but did not have electrically folding door mirrors - hope this helps.

VW Beetle 1.9tdi, Gets lots of slowing cranking, hard to start (Only sometimes) New battery, Gets P2100 and P2102 although new throttle body (But is only a anti-run on on a diesel.)
P2100 and P2102 refer to the Throttle Actuator not the Throttle body. This is basically the switch system at the actual accelerator pedal. The slow crank and exhaust could be separate issues. Get the alternator tested it might not be supplying enough charge to the battery. Some vehicle OBD systems need to be checked when you fit a new battery. As a battery ages some electronic systems can adjust and compensate for that over time.
If the CAT had gone it would often flag up a O2 sensor fault as the CAT wouldn't be working correctly.
What do you mean by "exhaust noise have increased"? Does it sound louder, Engine's running faster, Sounds rough and uneven? Comment below and I'll try to help you more.

Hi colin i get four codes that come up p2102, n/a then p2102 pending and p2100 ,iv just had a timing kit put on a couple of weeks a go and its been running sluggish no power when accelerating,was smooth...
if it was smooth before the timing belt was put in then I would look at that first it may be off one notch and that will make a difference.

Hi p2100 and p2102 codes come up as n/a and pending ,when im accelerating im losing power help plz
It may be a fault with the fly by wire motorised throttle assembly.clean the unit and check the connections on it.do this with the ignition off.reconnect the assembly and turn on ignition and check that it goes though a pre start check.it should motor open and closed on every ignition cycle.it leans set points and if it doesn't it will not work properly.good luck.

2005 focus 1.6 limp mode problem and P2100 code
Try clearing the code from the computer. If it returns again, the second hand one could be bad also! Some codes are what they call a hard code, that stays in the computer memory, and will think that the problem wasn't repaired (even though the part was replaced). Till the code is cleared from the memory, the vehicle will return to a limp mode untill the problem is resolved!!

What are you calling manifold inlet flap? The part in the pic looks pretty gunked up. Start by cleaning it or replacing it. Have you cleaned the opening on the other side of the flap? It could be hanging up on that. Let me know more about the part your talking about.
