2006 Kia Sedona font and rear blower motor do not work. Checked both fuses and they are fine. Any ideas?

I would suspect the speed control unit.

Most likely you have a couple of burned out bulbs.

check all your wireing

Could be the blower motor, resistor, fan switch, or fuse.

The front heater/AC blower is under the dash on the passenger side and can be removed in less than 5 minutes with a #2 phillips screw driver. (6 screws) I purchase an after-market blower for $65 as opposed to the dealers $175. When the "after-Market" blower arrived I found it had the same stampings, stickers and was made in the same Korean factory! The rear blower is in the passenger side rear quarter panel and is a little tougher to remove. If you have any skill with a screw driver it's a piece of cake.

Be nice as they'd rather charge you for service, but will give up the print out.

Same happened to ours- full of coolant but no cold air. Turned out to be selector switch in the console. Replaced and worked fine for about a year, now works only intermittently again.

replace the blower motor resistor that should solve your problem.
