SCAN it. after 5 seconds cranked. almost all PCM report 1 bad pulse of 10 in all speed sensors. (CKP or CMP )

bad wiring if stock ? its not normal if aftermarket , typical. can be loose fuse. or bad connections to the head or amp. did you lose all sources? CD/ AUX mp3, radio, am/am, all mode fail? or just one, this is key to what bad. if lamps go dead. or just front or back speakers go dead.

which engine of the many? p1135 bank 1 , oxy sensor 1 , the heater is bad. or the wires to it are damaged. most help pages get it wrong the test is for current the PCM has an ammeter, inside that measures heater current , they fail to say , s current too much or too little. sad that. and Bosch sells them and are very affordable. there is never a need for factory O2, bosh invented it. its the upstream sensor, not behind the cat. on V6 its the bank that contains CYLINDER #1 the ECU can report, heater burned out, open and shorted. in between is normal, about 1 amp. is the normal draw. see the full spec at bosch. Engine started, engine running, and the PCM detected the A/F Sensor-11 (A/FS-11) heater current was less than 0.25A, or that it was more than 8.0A at anytime during the CCM test. odd that TOY PCM dont say which , many cars do. most just burn open at 100k miles. and is a SERVICE POINT ITEM. at 100k they burn open (heater) or get sluggish and waste fuel replace all front sensors in pairs, for best MPG to get a good deal ,buy them on rockauto.com (i get nothing for saying that, im retired,100%)

This is a typica grounding error. You should try to add a good ground cable to your tail light. Sound strange but this often solves such issue:)

Possible low fuel pressure or restricted catalytic converter. Have fuel pressure and exhaust back pressure checked.

If the engine runs the pump works. Try this. On the starter motor there is a small diameter wire that can easily be removed. Pull this wire off the starter and hold the key in the start position. The starter will not operate. Listen for the fuel pump to see if it's running while you hold the key in the start position. If you can hear the pump running then it's ok. This trick works if you ever run out of gas too. It will run the pump until gas pressure is back so you don't have to run the battery down trying to start an out of gas engine.

My toyota MR2 has this feature, its done by operating the drivers door switch seven times in succession, if the car then agrees it enters a security programming mode where you can change these security settings. Ask your toyota dealer how its done on yours, they can be helpful.
