Has new clutch and slave cylinder it is stuck in reverse 2004 gt tiburon
Only thing that could have it stuck is pressure against the gears from vehicle weight parked on an incline. Get the clutch bled first, this will do the trick. Fill the clutch master cylinder and with the bleeders closed, you'll be able to get enough of a pedal for the clutch to work.

I have a 2004 hyundai tiburon v6 special edition
Hey Alexis,
Sounds like your thermostat is stuck.. they cause the symptoms you describe... they are inexpensive in replace,, Have your coolant system flushed and refilled with fresh antifreeze/coolant.

I just got a 2004 tiburon 6 speed 4 cyl why is it when i shift when pressing on the gas the rmps go up but dont pick up speed ??? help
This is bad news either way, whether you have a manual or automatic transmission. The transmission is slipping if it an automatic or your clutch is worn out if it is a manual transmission.
Assuming you have an automatic, is may be the transmission is slipping because the transmission is not quickly shifting gears.
If you transmission shifts using hydraulic valves, there may be hope. You can add a can of SeaFoam transmission oil or similar product that helps stuck valves move. If you have solenoids used to shift the transmission based on motor RPM and pressure sensors, you need to go to a transmission shop to run more complicated tests. In that case, go to someone who is familiar with your vehicle model.

Changing rear brake light
Most likely in the trunk behind the carpeting or a little door you will find some screws/bolts to take out to remove the light fixture the have access to replace the bulb.

Car won't engage starter
At the starter relay, you have two red or purple wires, one goes to the starter and the other comes from a 30amp fuseable link. Is that fuseable link circuit hot ?
From the key switch, power goes thru the alarm relay, then the clutch safety switch or automatic selector switch, then to the starter relay. The fourth wire on the starter relay is a ground.
You should be able to put power to the starter relay on the white or yellow wire coming from the safety switch to make the relay engage.
My guess is something wrong with the alarm system.

When must I replace the timing belt
Most car companies recommend replacement on or before 80,000 miles. Both the 4 cyl and V6 engines are interference style which means the valves can be damaged if the belt breaks while the engine is running.
