There is a blinking red led light under lower left side of driver and steering wheel attached to dash. It blinks ALWAYs!!!

How do you reset the anti-theft system on a Hyundai Sonata?
Use the ignition key to unlock the Sonata doors, then open the door and enter the driver's seat. Put the key into the ignition and turn the ignition cylinder clockwise as far as it will go before cranking the Sonata engine. Leave the key here for 30 seconds to deactivate the system.

Battery is weak. Most auto parts stores can perform a battery diagnostic for free and even charge it if it is just weak. Take the battery out of the car and take it to tour nearest at parts store.

No promises but this is the only reference I could find for Hyundai where the fuse box was not behind a panel to the bottom side of steering wheel. It may inspire you to look elsewhere behind items. Good Luck.

I'm not familier with the dash on the new Sonata. I would suggest looking in your owners manual under the chapter that explains the features of the vehicle which should give a picture of the dash and explain each light in the cluster. If that doesn't show it and what it's for, look in the section that deals with the anti-theft system. More than likely this is what it is I am guessing having to do with anti-theft. If that doesn't tell you about the light and how to shut it off then just take it back to the dealer. Due to the fact it's a 2013 it should still be under warranty. That's the best I can suggest.

It's part of the security system -- it let's you (and any potential thief) know that the system is armed. You can turn it off by not locking the car up when you leave, but that's not a very good idea. Other than that, maybe you could just cover it up.

If it works on either side, it is not a fuse. You may have a problem with the signal module (under dash, right side of steering column) or the signal switch (under steering wheel) Usually the switch will feel "wrong" if it has broken but sometimes not. If only one lamp lights on non-working side, I'd check the bulb that is out for continuity and good ground.

Did you buty it USED??? it may be some aftermarket alarm LED light.
