I have a code of p1614 mil request circuit high input
I would have to agree with Ronnie check your ecu and if and when you replace it see if you could seal the unit better with some good weather epoxy most likely damaged from weather. Moisture got inside just like you see on your head lights if not sealed properly will create leaks and bad connections... good luck let us know how you make out thank you...

1999 kia sportage stalled while in park will not
p1115 is a coolant temperature signal from ECM to TCM. p1624 is MIL request from ECM to TCM. Did the vehicle overheat? If so check the temperature sensor and the thermostat. Some vehicles will overheat and shut the engine off until the computer is reset. But with both codes involving the same computer modules the best bet might be to rescan the computer and reset it. Both modules might need to be changed.

Bad plug wires and boots
you can test the wire with an automotive electrical wiring instrument that provide a reading on the face of the instrument. Remove the wire totally (one at time, putting one back before removing the next). turn the instrument selector to resistance/ohms. Clip one instrument wire to one end of the wire and the other clip to the other end. The reading on the instrument should not be more than 50 ohms. If you are test a wire with a coil pack you need to know the specific max ohm resistance from the auto's mfg.

Hold light on pontiac g3
Check your fluid levels. If they are okay you might be due for a filter change/service. If not, there is a chance one of the shift solinoids are acting up. Generally, these problems can't be fixed without some specific tools.

Filled up with gas started cutting back and smoke from back of engine
not sure what you are describing really, is it possible you can elaborate? After you filled up this happened? The engine started cutting back? Did you put diesel instead of gas? A common mistake! This will make the vehicle putt putt if it even starts and will have no power what-so-ever! Will just sit there and putt putt. A plugged catalytic converter will get red hot and sometimes hiss if there is any leak you your exhaust and the car will overheat and have a loss of power and the hotter it gets the more the power loss will be until it overheats the head and warps it or blows a head-gasket.
If that is smoke from a fuel leak then this is dangerous of explosion.
If you had a service guy check your oil when you filled up, he left the oil filler cap off and it's spraying all over the exhaust and engine and again dangerous of fire. You must carefully determine what is leaking to cause this smoke, it's either an exhaust leak, an antifreeze (coolant) leak or from the power steering or transmission line or brake line. One thing to find a small leak is to place a piece of cardboard under the engine to see what and where anything is dripping.

if your fuel relay isn't working properly " clicking " then there's a possiblity that the fuel relay is busted and needs replaced.
