Basically, just do what you have to do to fold the front part of that plastic inner fender well enough to see behind the parking light, then you need to remove the parking light/corner light assy. and once they are out you can reach the final screws required to remove the headlight trim rings. Also there are a few people on EBAY that are selling replacement headlight/parking/corner light assemblys that have clear outer lenses that dont get all yellow and foggy as the stock ones do. I bought smoked ones that have a light tint to it and they have projector caps so you can use HID kits and get a nice beam. something you might want to look into if your going to do the trim rings since its kind of a p.i.t.a.

Code 113 is a problem with the air charge temp sensor output. It measures the temp of the air in the intake manifold.Code 0603 is loss of ECM memory - usually when the battery is disconnected.Code 1728 is a problem with the transmission - the sensors in the trans told the computer the transmission slipped between shifts.There is a tech service bulletin from Ford for 1996 model trucks so you may want to check with them on that one.The first code can cause driveability problems.

Sounds like the abs system has failed and the brakes are applied. The abs system applies pressure to the wheels when needed to prevent wheel spin. If the equalizer valve sticks or the system is not able to release the brakes will lock on.I would start with a scan for trouble codes.

Sounds like it might be shorting when applied. have you checked the bulb? If you have a multimeter check power before and during brake application that can help see if your losing all power when brake is applied . If lose of power check at the brake switch.

There is a pump in each tank, perhaps the front tank fuel pump is shot. The only way to find out is to make sure the dashboard tank switch works as well as the fuse for said switch. If nothing happens then syphon your tank, take it off and bring the pump in for testing.

Trans has no fluid,trans bad,check condition of trans fluid. If brown and has foul odor its a junk ******. If not it could be a multitude of different things. Such as plugged trans filter to bad valve body.

autozone has repair manuals from haynes they generally have the code lists in them hope this helps
