2000 Pontiac Sunfire GT 2.4L Low coolant light on, even with coolant reservoir full, car is overheating.

I think the first thing I would do is take the thermostat out and run the engine without it.If the engine stops running hot, try a 180 degree instead of the 195.As for the low coolant light, can you unplug the sensor and make the light go off ?

Have changed to crankshaft sensor the oxygen sensor spark plugs and wire and wont start even when it is turning over

Borrow a fuel pressure tester from Auto Zone and test the fuel system. It could be that you have a bad fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator. It also could be a plugged fuel filter.

When car is on headlights wont go off..

START THE CAR PUT THE EMERGENCY BRAKE ON. YOUR VEHICLE HAS EITHER THE PULL TYPE BY THE SHIFTER OR FOOT PEDAL TYPE UNDER THE DASH BY YOUR LEFT FOOT. IF THE LIGHTS GO OFF THOSE ARE DAY TIME RUNNING LIGHTS A SAFETY FEATURE ADDED BY GM. IF THEY DONT THEN IT MAY HAVE TO DO WITH A ELECTRICAL ISSUE. HOPE THIS HELPS

How do you know when the radiator is full

leave the overflow tank cap off and start engine. turn your heater setting to max heat and fan on highpour 50/50 mixture of coolant till you see the coolant at the proper level on the tank. wait for the vehicle to reach optimum temp about 180 degrees. you should feel; the upper radiator hose it should be hot. then check level of coolant in overflow tank fill to proper level if neccessary. A quick note if you continue to lose coolant and can;t find a leak chances are it's being burned in the cylinder and this would mean you have a blown head gasket. to check this just start the vehicle the next day if there is white smoke yo have a seeping gasket if it's a constant white smoke then it's a severe problem and needs to be repaired immediately or you will warp or crack the intake manifold , the head or the block.. please rate this........thanks

My radio in my 2000 pontiac only works after the car gets warm

is this an in dash cd player?..sometimes condensate moisture gets on the cd reader lens and causes an issue with the unit..get a can of cd presurized cleaner from walmart or an electronics store ..insert the tube on the nozzle into the middle of the slot where the disc goes in and shoot small spurts into this area being careful not to insert the tube about 1 1/2 inches or so.. this may blow all the collected dirt and moisture out enough that this issue will be done for a while..

Does it have a pass key

It probably does use the PASS key security system, but that would not cause your problem. If the wrong key is used, the engine will not crank or start. If your engine is starting and stopping, you would need to figure out if you are loosing spark to the plugs or fuel pressure to proceed.

Will start but won't stay running

Try changing the fuel filter. Chances are when it ran out of gas it sucked all the old gunk and stuff into the lines. If that doesn"t work you may have to take it to a professional to have the gunk sucked out. Also after you change the filter dump some fuel injector cleaner into the tank that should clean up any remaining residue.
