There is no relay in the starter system, there is a battery isolation relay that is triggered when the airbags are deployed in a crash, it shuts down the whole electrical systsm. Are the radiator or A/C fans still running after turning the ignition off?

THERE IS NO FUSE AT THE TOUAREG FOR THE SIDE MIRRORS.IF THE MOTORS NOT WORKING IT MIGHT BE THE MOTORS AT THE MIRRORS.LET ME KNOW IF U NEED MORE

put soapy water around the bead (where the tire meets the rim) aluminum wheels have corrosion there often and they will leak ,, check inside and outside pump it to about 50 lbs and lay it on its side , if that is the problem you are best to have it unmounted cleaned and reseated

It may be the MAF sensor they fooled with is defective, disconnect it from the system and rive the car, it should run OK with the sensor disconnected, if it does run better then replace the MAF sensor.

Go to your VW dealership, at least once a year they have new DVD with new maps etc. But it's pretty expensive, I don't know what currency is used in the country you live in, but it may be as well more than 250 USD.
And don't try to get home-burned downloaded maps on DVD-R. It won't work, the laser in the DVD tray for satnav maps can read only proper matrix made dvds (silver, not green or gold etc.).
