Running "jumpers" between switches..especially in the doors is not a good idea..(too much movement and the possibility of a short). try disconnecting and reconnecting the switch,, sometimes the environment inside the door causes bad connections.. Toyota Corolla 2003 thru 2011

The tachometer is defective remove it and send it out for repair.

You said the alternator is putting out a charge. I am not sure what charge it should be but most vehicles I have had puts out over 13.5 to more than 14 if you are using lights. Just want to make sure you are not just reading the battery voltage. Just a thought.

hi, most likely the throw out bearing is at fault. when you push the clutch a spinning bearing pushes the clutch plate away from the flywheel disengaging trans so you can switch gears. the transmission has to come away from the engine to fix it. jm

Cam sensor, Crank sensor or the ECU may be faulty. A diagnostic test will pinpoint what is faulty.

Engine won't start or stay running. There are sensors that send signals to the ECU, so you have to do a diagnostic test to find out if a sensor is faulty or the ECU itself.

The fuel level sensor in the tank is not linear, meaning it doesn't have the same equally spaced indication between E and F . The shape of the tank has a lot to do with the reading also. The needle will move more rapidly when the tank is below 1/2 full. When the low fuel light comes on there should be almost 3 gallons left in the tank 2 1/2 which are usable.

Canadian parts differ from Us and Mexico. Using a US part will decertify Canadian motor vehicle standards. I wouldn't try using anything but Canadian parts

The contacts in the headlight relay have probably burned. Try swapping the relay with an adjacent one to see if that fixes the problem

The throw out bearing may be dry. If it's been going on for some time, the clutch fingers may be damaged which would require a total clutch replacement.

if you ignore the engine light , how will you know when the more serious problem of no oil or no water comes up replace the EVAP cannister purge valve to fix the fault it can become extremely expensive not to fix an engine light warning

Sounds like there is a problem with the master switch on the left front door

Cylinder head bolts are tightened in three stages: Stage 1. 25 Nm. Stage 2. 49 Nm Stage 3. Rotate each bolt 90 degrees in a sequence.

1. Hard start when the engine is at room temperature. For this problem check the valve clearance at room temperature. 2. Hard start when the engine is at operating temperature. If this is the situation, replace the fuel injectors set with the good known one, even purchased from junk.

Hello, not sure if I understand, the pumps are available at almost all auto parts stores for around $30, that's the pump only and you will have to remove the old pump from the assembly in the tank, fuel pressure should be about 45 PSI regulated.
