Running lights wont work, bulbs are fine.

are you sure you pushed the wire connectors fully home? the alarm probably is disarmed when key in ignition, otherwise it would trigger when you want to start vehicle. The only other thing with your lights there may be a relay for that particular circuit check in the workshop manual hope this helps

Does it have a fuel warning light??

It sounds like the float for the fuel gauge is probably damaged, bent or missing. It's part of the fuel pump assembly. You can try pulling the fuel pump out and inspecting the float, it will be a small square plastic object on the end of a long metal arm. Check the float itself for damage, and make sure the float arm moves freely. The other end of that arm will have an electrical contact that should be in contact with a semi-circular contact on the pump housing, usually on the inside. Make sure it's contacting that, and if those contacts look corroded, take a clean pencil eraser and rub it on the contact, just as if you were erasing a mistake. If all that checks out and the fuel gauge still isn't working, you'll need to replace it. Check to see if you can get just the gauge itself, but you'll probably have to purchase the fuel pump kit.

My car's timing belt break while driving. is my car engine busted?

I had my Ford Fiesta timing belt replaced according to the manual at 150000. 132000 in my case. The engine sounded a bit better. You're supposed to do it every 150000 to avoid engine damage. It's not absolutely certain your engine is busted, but one guy didn't know he had to put oil in every 10000 miles or so and complained about how his car had no balls. It took a looser like me to know that he hadn't changed the oil in it.

My car battery keeps going flat ive brought a new battery and had the alternator replaced and yet my car keeps going flat

you have a battery drain somewhere, if you can use a multimeter disconnect the battery and hook it up in line set up as a ammeter. make sure nothing is on in the car and it will tell you how much power is nbeing drawn. start by pulling fuses and relays out to figure out what circuit the drain os on. eg, glove box light, amp wiring. ect
