It sounds like your map sensor needs changing. Go by the parts store and see if they will put it on a reader for you. It could also be your TPS sensor

I tried it once on a tahoe and it did not work, If the line is leaking on the rear they make a kit threw the matco tool truck to fix it or the dealer can do it also. It would be a stab in the dark to find the right ac charge and would have to change all the lines for front only. Gets costly fast.
