Open the draw take out the cassette then press the Eject button thats in the top area and the feed button with the blue light on the front at the same time.

The cleaner of the image drum is not working.

This can consist of ekectrostatic discharge wires OR more likely ios INCOMPLETE transfer of toner due to defect in the charge wires that cause the toner to transfer from the drum to the paper.

Inspect the wires for contamination and use a Qtip to CAREFULLY clean both the very fine wire and the metal channel it is in. Checking the voltage on this wire is beyond what the DIY person can do.

!!!!!! is a (rather unhelpful) error code that means basically that it can't print for some unknown reason. If the tape is not jammed in the printhead, and the tape seems to move freely, then generally it means the machine is broken.

You don't say which model you have, but if it's the one in the picture it should still be under warranty as they're fairly new and come with a 3 year warranty (in the UK at least).

You have to download the driver from Dymo website.
Here the driver: DLS 7.7 English (10185 kB ZIP)


If you have installed already the wrong driver use Dymo uninstaller to remove the wrong driver first, or to remove any software that is not working.

After downloading one of the files, unzip the file to a location.
Double-click the file install.exe and follow the online instructions.

Important notice when upgrading to or reinstalling DYMO Label Software.
