Motor starts, but blade will not turn on tile saw

Unplug the unit and see if you can turn the blade manually, if so, check the drive system. If you can't turn it fairly easily, check to see if it's dirty. If it's dirty, try cleaning out old impacted dust around the arbor, if it's clean, you probably need new bearings.

Blade is not moving, blue light came on....

Could be the motor brush gear or internal wiring. Only dismantling and checking things out with the trusty multimeter will discover what is wrong.

HOW do I Insert a blade into a Task Force jigsaw #231603

hi Jeanne. this is all i could find out from other fixya members. depending on how new the saw is there are only 2 ways to change out the blade. the older saws have a allin head screw that you must loosen or remove to take the blade off. this screw is located on the shaft at the top of the blade. shed some light on it and look for a slot above the guide.the screw will be either on the right side or the left side. Newer models will have a quick release on one side or the other,it will look like a little lever, you just flip it out with your thumb the old blade drops out then you install the new blade flip it back and your back in. They all either have a screw at the side of the blade holder, or some have a hole in the top of the machine where a screwdriver is inserted and a screw loosened to release the blade, and re tightened once the new blade is inserted. In the handle directly over the blade is a deep hole. You insert a long thin bladed screw driver into this hole all the way down. Twist slowly and it will locate with a screw. Undo the screw and then twist the remaining piece of blade 90 deg and pull. Replace new blade in the opposite way. Twist it so that the cut is to the front and then tighten up the screw. Do not tip up the unit while doing this as the screw might drop out and you might loose it . The fixya members are.(john weaver.)(sava mihai.)(daniel skuy.)(freddyyesme)thanks to them for this info. hope this helps you out.

I cannot get a straight cut. What am I doing wrong? Also how do I remove the blade for replacement?

A piece of milled timber and a few clamps to hold the saw against is all that is required to make a straight cut . if a router cut against the rotation.
