pads were replaced the rotors worn' t turned or replaced then the pads could not ware evenly and would over heat the rotors and they would no longer spin true . Watch out on ice or slippery condutions

shacking when brakes applied new rotors last summer pads wore down little shaking hi speed braking so i replaced pads now horrible shaking warped rotors and or rust fell behind the rotor

is more likely. If you replace the rotors, replace the pads at the same time. The pads that are on the car now are wearing unevenly due to the warped rotors and can cause new problems for the new ones
