where is the drain on these a/c's? The AC units have a drain pipe but a water container at the base that will need empting. Hope this helps Regards Mike

Is there an accessory for draining condensation should have been with it. If not then there is a drainhole on the bottom frame where the water can drain out. check to see if plugged

Is there an accessory to stop or reduce condensation? Not sure what you mean. The purpose of the a/c unit is to remove water from the air (i.e. create condensation) and expell it to the outside.
