I am assuming that you bought this sub used? their could be a problem with your voice coil. the voice coil moves the cone of the speaker in and out. the problem with the voice coil is that it has become lose and is doping the impedance of the sub. A lose voice coil can be cause by over powering the sub. this problem is not fix able.

Blowing fuses

It's drawing too much current. make sure you have a nice solid ground to your car chasis( i use seat bolt or something like that) and that your wire is the right gauge. If it's still popping your fuse make sure you are wiring the subs as specified by the manufacturer.

I have 2 kicker cvr 4ohm dvc hooked to a pheonix gold rival amp

If the amp is not kicking what it should it probably s a wattage problem. Check to see if the alternator has high enough voltage distribution. That is also why it keep shuting down.

Subwoofers not bumpin, amp is still on

Check to make sure there is a good input to the amp. Next check each sub to another source to make sure they are good. Look for any reset on the amp.

Hi Big Nick,

Sounds like you have got almost all the good out of those Subs. You can find the screws you need at almost any hardware store or Auto parts store. The light is becase you are dloading the amp with low OHMS.  You may need use one channel and Run the wiring like written blow to get the power problem to disappear.
