Your photo frame must have come with a USB cable. Plug the larger end of that cable into a USB port on your computer and the other end into the photo frame. Turn on the photo frame (your computer should already be on). A dialogue box will pop up. Select to continue. Open up Windows Explorer. Your photo frame will show up as a "Removable Disk". Still in the Windows Explorer, go to the directory on your computer where you have the pictures you want to transfer. Select the pictures, right click on them and select 'Copy' from the menu that pops up. Go back to the photo frame (the Removable Disk), right click on it and select 'Paste' from the menu.
You need an app such as WiFi File Transfer for android free on Google play! Use your phone or tablet and click on Wi-Fi File Transfer Android Apps on Google Play to download and install. There are similar apps for other platforms.

Unfortunately, there is no solution for your problem. Certain games keep their information stored in a partition on your phone which is not copied when you transfer data to a new phone. This information could be accessed if both of your phones were jailbroken, but as it is, you may need to restart those couple of games.
