Your photo frame must have come with a USB cable. Plug the larger end of that cable into a USB port on your computer and the other end into the photo frame. Turn on the photo frame (your computer should already be on). A dialogue box will pop up. Select to continue. Open up Windows Explorer. Your photo frame will show up as a "Removable Disk". Still in the Windows Explorer, go to the directory on your computer where you have the pictures you want to transfer. Select the pictures, right click on them and select 'Copy' from the menu that pops up. Go back to the photo frame (the Removable Disk), right click on it and select 'Paste' from the menu.

I'm exporting photos to my camera roll, and its not doing anything a stuck loading, it says 'Exporting to camera roll.'

Try re-installing the app. In the case of the new iOS 6, it should ask you whether it is allowed to access your camera roll, if you declined then, that may cause problems. Re-install the app and see if that fixes it?

Hp photosmart e317 digital camera downloads for windows 7 operating systems

You don't need any special software.
The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use Windows Photo Gallery or any other photo cataloging program, such as Picasa.

Ever since my boyfriend deleted a couple of photos on my camera, when I go to download it to my computer, it no longer registers which photos have already downloaded...it's now loading down over 500...

I suggest you to download all the photos to the computer (Copy to CDs if you want) and delete them from the camera.
From there onwards you will be able to see which photos have been downloaded.

On most camera's you can not do this. You would need to plug the camera into the computer and download the internal memory from the camera to the computer.

You can do it thru several programs. But the easy way is creating a back up of your documents files and folders doing this:

(*) Start >> Programs >> Accesories >> System tools >> BackUp

Then the file created copy onto a CD or USb device

Then insert the CD or USB device in your new computer and use the same way (*) to restore the backuped files
