There isn't a particular model that shows up from Logitech's website regarding that particular model. But fear not! I have a solution for you. On their driver download site, there's a link to the right which says "Search by Image" here's a screen shot:
Apparently Logitech makes all of their webcam devices look all completely different, so you should be able to find your drivers by looking at the pictures and clicking on the one you want.
Here's a picture of the screen. Please note, if you don't see the driver on the first page, check the second page (I put a red arrow in the picture you can point to)

If it's not listed amongst the pictures, driver support has been discontinued for your cam. You can still try driver guide. They tend to have every driver under the sun. A quick search found a Universal USB Webcam driver here: http://members.driverguide.com/driver/detail.php?driverid=115522 which may not work, but hopefully the first logitech fix will solve your problem.
