You haven't said when was the last time your printer was used.

Ink printers must be used on a regular basis or the ink in the jets dries and the jets plug up.

2. then install

the disk you are using might be defective. Try downloading the software from hp.com

Have you tried re-installing Excel?

kindly re install the printer driver .

your computer connect to Copier thourgh USB cable port or parellal port .select first communication port.and install software.
