I cant access the internet on my new android tablet because it is asking for my router username and password and I dont know what they are. Can someone help me to find out what they are.

You can remove or change the Window's User or administrator's password. You need access to a computer with Internet access to download the Hiren's Boot CD and burn it onto a CD. Then insert this CD into the laptop/computer and boot up the laptop/computer with the Hiren's CD and follow the instructions. First you need to know the access ADMIN Username and Password for your router?
If you have the access then you can configure your router manually.

Identify what IP address of your gateway.
>Start>CMD>IPCONFIG
(check what IP address you have in gateway. use that ip address to access your router)
example.
>launch internet explorer then type the IP address into the address bar.
>http://192.168.1.1

you will be redirected to a page will it asked for username and password.
then you need to enter the information.
if you dont know the admin un and pw contact your ISP.
but most of the default UN and PW is
Username: admin
Password: admin

once you able to get into the GUI of your router then go to configuration for the PW to lock your network.

access the interface of the router and go on wireless there you will find the key that you have put on your router for wireless access..

Here is the step by step method ( connect a netwok cable to the router first ):

1. open your browser type in 192.168.2.1
2. Insert your username and password if it ask by default its username is admin and password:admin
3. Go on wireless
4. Click on Security
5. Copy the security key to your new laptop wireless and you should now be ready to access internet

is it phone password or router password. do you mean wep or wpa passwork? you can access these security key by accessing your GUI in you router. just open your internet browser and type in in the url 192.168.1.1 for "linksys" router or 192.168.0.1 for other router. then go wireless and wireless security. you can find there if your are using wep or wpa access key.
In case that you dont know the password of your router. reconfigure your LinkSys, connect a PC to one of it's Ethernet ports, load a web browser, and go to the URL http://192.168.1.1/. This will take you to a popup box which asks you to enter a username and password to login to your router. On older LinkSys routers, the default username is blank and the default password is "admin." On newer Linksys routers, both the default username and the default password are set to "admin."

If your pertaining to the password of your wireless router then you should know the I.P address of your router and also the username and password of it so that you could login from there and change the password of your wireless connection. If you dont know this information you can contact your Internet Service Provider and ask them of all this information to access your wireless router and also they could assist you on how to change the wireless password. what you want exactly?password for what? username and password for internet in subscriber? or just WEP for wireless key password?
if you forgot the password for username and password for subscriber....theres an option,i dont know what kind of subscriber do you have in your country...if you forgot the username and passowrd you can ask in the subscriber.
regarding in the WEP password for wireless,it doesnt matter,try this..
type 192.168.1.1 in the internet toolbar
username:admin
password:admin
and you can see the configuration,check the wireless settings for WEP...

6. But if you have DSL ISP, then it will be PPPoE. You need to know your username and password from your ISP.

Yes time warner is a cable connection and they dont require a username and pasword. You can set up the router manually by accessing its set up page. By default the router's IP is 192.168.2.1. Make sure to set the wan connection type to dynamic, change the wan mac address or clone your pc's mac. Then save the settings. Check your internet connection.
