I have Windows XP with IE-7 and cannot access internet with add-ons enabled. I have uninstalled all toolbars which did not help. With add-ons enabled, internet page flashes on screen and immediately disappears. Any suggestions?

I understood your problem.....the best solution is to use fire-fox or google chrome instead of IE7....

which provides better experience and speedy browsing.....

Or if you wish to continue with IE7 then disable add-ons from options

Thank you for giving me opportunity to solve your problem.

please give me your Ratings!!

How to remove the Inbox toolbar from IE10

If you're on the Tablet mode you can't do it, you can only go to Desktop version of IE, click Tools'Manage add-ons and then remove it.
If it is not there, go to Control Panel, Uninstall a program, click on it (right) and click Uninstall or click Uninstall on the top previously selecting the toolbar.
Hope this helps, please do reply and after rate my solution.

Message states msn toolbar has error code 400. how do i fix this

I would suggest you to uninstall the toolbar and check. Follow the steps mentioned below.
a.Close all Internet browsers.
b.Uninstall the toolbar through your "Add/Remove Programs" utility. Choose the "Start" button in the lower left-hand corner of your computer screen, and then click "Control Panel." Choose "Add/Remove Programs" and the programs that are installed on your PC will be listed. Choose "MSN toolbar" and then "Change/Remove." You will be instructed to verify if you wish to continue with the uninstall. Choose "OK" and continue to follow the instructions by choosing "Next" until the uninstall completes.
c.Uninstall the toolbar by using the "Run" utility if you are running Windows XP. Click "Start" and then "Run" and type "appwiz.cpl" in the text box. Press "Enter" and the programs that are installed on your PC will be listed. Choose "MSN toolbar" and click "Remove." You will be instructed to verify if you wish to continue with uninstall. Choose "OK" and continue to follow the instructions until uninstall completes.
d.Open a browser and verify that the MSN toolbar is no longer displayed. You may need to restart your PC after uninstall is complete.

I use IE 8 on XP SP3 and there are a lot of errors (pops out and i get my open windows/pages closed on IE) Also another problem if i close one of my tabs or windows then it closes similar tabs or closes...

If you are using IE 7/8 you can try to run the program without loading any add-ons to see if one of them is causing the problems. To do this, click Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools and then click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).

(You can also load IE without add-ons by clicking START --> RUN and then typing iexplore.exe -extoff)

If those don't work try to re-register IEPROXY.DLL by clicking START --> RUN and typing regsvr32 IEPROXY.DLL and then clicking OK.

When IE dissapears does IExlorer.exe show in the task manager's list of running processes?

Have any toolbars or new sofware been added recently? If so and you are using Win XP you may want to try a system restore to a previous point before the changes were made or uninstall the toolbars completely. Also disabled all Pop-Up blockers to see if that has any effect.clean up ur registry using reginout
