Wac 7000

Hi, I had the same problem when upgrading to windows 8.

My solution was to load the original software on then remove it through programmes and features I believe the windows registry will still hold some of the older registry files needed for it to work. I then went to the Philips site and download the software for a later model I chose the WAC7500 system as some of the newer models require a activation code.

P.S Don't know if this might be part of the solution as well, when the original software was installed I did try to get it to work with the programme compatibility modes before uninstalling.

CD stuck in out Philips Streamium WAC 7000. Cannot get the CD to play and Unit is not recognising that there is a CD in it. Will not eject

You should be able to take the top off. Look on the sides. There should be a bunch of small screws. Unscrew them and lift the top off. You should be able to access the DVD once the top is off. Then just put the top back on and screws the screws back in.

I have a Philips model #FWM575/37 Cd/Tape/Radio combination player. It is only 3 years old and the CD portion is not working. CD starts playing, then stops and can't get any CD to work.

You may just get away with cleaning the lens of the CD player to restore it to normal, use one of the brand name makes of CD Lens Cleaners.

Wacs700

I take it you have use Wac DMM and given it the folder where your music is stored...

All you have to do is rip your CD to that folder and then upload it.
